Race Day
During Fashion Week 2024, New Balance Running created an activation to market their new running shoe, the Fuel Cell V4. In collaboration with Mørch & Rohde we organized an indoor street race in a former parking garage in Copenhagen. Our task was to set the scene for one night only using modular element that was quick and easy to install. The venue was darkened and we used battery powered free standing LED neon tubes and translucent tape to guide the runners in the right direction. We used modular LED screens to build a start / finish gate and large wall mounted screens to show content. The race was a relay race and we created custom batons with hand brushed stainless steel pipes and 3D printed New Balance end caps.
